The surrogacy process
A surrogacy process involves several steps, starting with counseling the intended parents and ending with the Civil Registry of the newborn(s).
In Ukraine, intended parents must meet a number of requirements in order to be accepted into a surrogacy process. It is very important to have a specialized team that can coordinate the process from beginning to end, always keeping the parents informed at each step and establishing fluid communication with the clinic and the surrogate mother.
Why choose Ukraine?
In Ukraine, surrogacy has been allowed and regulated since 2004, so intentional parents will have the maximum legal guarantees.
In addition, Ukraine has first-rate assisted reproduction clinics, such as the fertility clinic Victoria, which contributes decisively to ensuring that fertility processes and pregnancy monitoring are carried out with maximum guarantees.
